New member from OK

[60HT]

I have been reading this site for quite a while and figured I had better join. Awesome place to look at and talk about old cars. I have just very basic computer skills but hope to someday know more about posting pictures ,etc.:confused: My daughter will probably be a big help. I have a '60 Impala 2 door ht that my parents gave me for graduation in 1979. I did have to give my dad my '67 Chevy pickup but I think I came out on the better end of the deal. At that time the car had fresh paint, interior and a new 350 and 4-speed. I drove the car for a few years and then it sat for SEVERAL years, I started rebuilding it a couple of years ago. I've put in a new 350 and have been working on the floors. It's great to be driving it again.Look forward to talking with yall.:D

Sure are a lot of Okies all of the sudden. Anyway, welcome. That 60 sounds like a cool project. I wish I would have kept some of the cars I had back in school. I do still have a 68 Chevelle that I built for my younger brother back in 91. Look forward to seeing pictures.
