bondoed a few wrinkles in my nash last tuesday right before isable hit, it was out in the rain till friday now it has small blisters under the primer where the bondo is, whats up with that? http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif

could be pinholes in the plastic either missed or showing up after shrinkage of primer. also if the primer wasnt thinned properly it could be solvent popping. Ive seen that on paint that had too much hardener/activator also.I have noticed that the most common problem I have had with any bodywork over the years is not allowing each step of the process adequate dry time.

If you used lacquer primer and left it out in the rain,it has probably soaked up moisture,which means your bondo will have moisture it it.I'd use an infrared heater to dry it out,then sand the primer off and start over.Might be another way,but without seeing it,it'll be hard to give you a good answer.

as i understand it, many primers aren't a particularly good seal against moisture anyway, and bondo absorbs moisture like a sponge, so i would take it off and start again...
