Hot Rods & Horsepower Rumor??

I was reading on another board the other day that Hot Rods & Horsepower, the company that was marketing the Deuce 3 window steel repop body, has gone belly up. I've seen no mention of this outside of this one occurance. Can anybody on here confirm this, or is it strictly rumor??

Just talked to Gina at Hot Rods & Horsepower. They have heard the rumor also but assured me that it is FALSE and they are making bodies and going into production on the roadster/convertible duce soon.
