I'm new to the board. My name's Patrick. I'm in the Pittsbugh area, just got a '56 Chevy w/ a 235. Anybody with any parts please let me know. I'm new to these boards, so if I step on any toes, no disrespect, just let me know what I did wrong.

Hey, Patrick, that's pretty slim for an intro, but I've seen worse around here.
Can you post any pictures of your car, or tell us what your plans are for it? It sounds like enrolling at Wyotech for the street rod program is a good start, though hot rod is usually the preferred term over here.
Inlines are cool, they have a few fans here. Pastel paint, tweed, & billet don't rank very high here, but if you come up with a concept for your '56 that could have been in a '57 Rod & Custom mag, most of these guys will think you're pretty cool, for a newbie.

Welcome! A little more info would be nice, but you're off to a decent start. Maybe Butt Reynolds will post a pic of his tri-five, in case you need guidance/inspiration. Let's see what you've got....
