Haha, yeah, The Onion is a satire/fake newspaper. "Our Dumb Century" is a collection of fake headlines and stories from the last 100 years, so that's supposed to be a clipping from an old 50's/60's issue of The Onion (which never existed).

That is Friggin great, I almost felt like I was reading an a 50's issue of a local paper, that boy has some serious issues he needs to deal with, perhaps we can rent the lot next to his house for a nice HAMB picnic.
