Had a great time and I didn't break my newly rebuilt rear end or tranny. I installed a 3:78 ring & pinion and it sure helped me get down the freeway to the track.

I've seen that wooden one around here for years, since I was in high school. he always shows up at the runs and cruise ins. He even made a wooden baseball cap to wear at the shows! ha! http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

The guy with the wood 32, used to stop by my brothers garage with his notebook and calipers, take notes and measure a stock 32 body. If he painted it, most guys would never know........OLDBEET

Iceberg..."Chevy #1" (photo) IS NOT...looks like an Oldsmobile--'47/'48 to me...unless that's just an Olds front end on an Aerosedan body (but I doubt it).
Nice pix BTW...got more?

Could be an Olds, the owner and I never got together so I just guessed since the body is shared by Olds, Pontiac & Chevy. Does look pretty cool though!
