Not what you would think of when the description is "Hemi powered Willys"

Don't have any details on the Chevy. The '34 was $10,000.

Hey, thanks for posting the pics. I saw most of the stuff, but didn't get to the back fence to have a squint at the Hemi-powered Willys. Very interesting!
I did get a fairly good look at the old-timey T and, while it was pretty interesting, I was stunned by the price tag-$30K. Yikes and double-yikes!!!
Did anyone get a look at the little Hemi (a 241" Red Ram) on the back of a pickup which was sitting out on the lawn opposite gate 2? It was a brandy new rebuild featuring triples and some other stuff from Hot Heads including a Chev water pump. The guy had deceipts for over $1700 in parts alone and he wanted $1800 for the whole she-bang. He started the little cutie for anyone that wanted to listen. It was smooth. The best part was, he had a very sweet '53 Plymouth hardtop that he would sell for $700. It only needed rockers. Wow! The best deal there, without a doubt.

I picked up a set of '40 wheels (original black), "Ford Deluxe" caps, and ribbed trim rings for $80.
I also got a sunburn. That was free.

I had a good trip to Carlisle...just when I thought the '72 Chevelle and chrome wheel people had completely taken over.
Found '32 engine mounts and good gas tank, a Holley 92 carb, various flathead widgets.
Most cost effective encounter: An original and apparently functional Model B fuel pump lying on an "all parts on tarp $1.00" tarp!

We had a good trip as well. I did not get to walk around all that much. My fathers knee started bothering him real bad. I did meet up with a buddy fron Canada and I picked up my new bike from him. It needs a little work but I should be able to get it in the road in the next few weeks.
