34 ford truck price

I have a family friend who has a 34 Ford pickup that he wants to sell me for $3000. The truck is pretty much all original, not running, and 90% rust free. I was wondering if this is a good price for the pick up. It sounds reasonable to me, but I don't know how much they are worth.

So what is the going rate these days?

Yep...if its what you want and like and is in good shape its worth what you are willing to pay....if its something to turn and make a buck...it's probably too high.

A steel reproduction 34 truck bed alone costs 3500.00!!!! So 3000 sounds good to me if the sheet metal is good. The 34 frame is also a snap to hot rod-so go for it!!!
