Hello all I am new to this. Never thought i would be interested in something like this . but when i visited this site i saw that most of you have the same type of interests as me. Cars....and the hope to build them at an affordable cost. This i have some experience in.I guess it was born in me,maybee i am just a cheap skate. My Grampa was a farmer who hardly ever left the farm he had junk piled all over ,so if something broke he would go to his reserves and find a part and fix it .He used what he had.He took it a little too far sometimes.like if he needed a longer bolt he would cut the head off of one and weld it to the end of the other.An hour of work for a 50 cent bolt.Anyway i am a bodyman with a small one man shop.who enjoys rods and custom work.its hard to find people in my area with an interest in traditional hot rods and customs.so now i can jump on here to get my fix. hope i can answer some questions and get mine answered too.
