Hi Guys,

Been a lurker for the past year or so but as my eldest son has informed me that he wants to build a trad Track T so it is time to show my hand.

I work in the property industry but served my time as an apprentice with a big Ford dealership back in the early 80's. Always been into cars and blame my Uncle for corrupting me at a very tender age by taking me along the as yet unopened M1 motorway in a Big Block Corvette....

Currently own a 1956 Chevy 2 door sedan with a big block and a 5 speed nash, a 56 3100 stepside and a bone stock 30 A.

See there are quite a few guys here from the NSRA forum in the UK so it already feels like home.

Welcome... where in GB are you?

Hi Gracie,

I am in deepest darkest Essex, about 50 miles East of London.

There is quite a big scene here, only problem I have is not having the time to go to all the events!

Hint taken! Once it has stopped raining/blowing a gale/sun has come up/can afford petrol/temprature drops below 15 degrees C/temprature gets above -15 degrees C/my underpants come back from the drycleaners (please take your pick) I will be posting a few pictures.

If you are interested check out www.nsra.org.uk (http://www.nsra.org.uk) where there are pictures of the last Brass Monekey run.

Crack on!
