Garage for rent in Austin

Anyone interested in sharing the rent on a garage for H.A.M.b. meetings and working on our cars. My shop is going out of buisiness but would like to keep the space.It's right behind Chuy's on Barton Springs. Let me know if ya'll are interested.Rent is $800 a month. It would be cheap for a few people.

I was just recently bringing this exact topic with a couple of hambers.I have been out searching for a couple of cool spots. Alleycat's space might be cool, but a little pricey unless a bunch of guys kicked in. I've been looking for something a little cheaper, if anything shows up, I'll post.

Jasonic, keep in mind with a new lease there is a security deposit, first and last months rent and a bunch of paperwork.

I'm not sure of the square footage right now, I'll get it later today. I do know ya' can fit 3 cars in here no problem.
