The scene at Gene's... recognize the coupe from the Vega's mural? Man, this night was fun, if only I could bring the sounds 'n smells to ya. Pretty much throughout the night the speaker would sound off with things like: "Number 2-7-5,if you don't pick it up soon, we're gonna start enjoying your food..."

Don Jellison built the '30- original tin found in Cottonwood. The local paper had an interesting story on his coupe leading up to the event.

here you go folks... DRUM ROLL,,,,, my very first car... a 1976 VEGA WAGON, yellow in color, too. SKATEBOARD STICKERS all over it, SURF RACKS and a DUMMY C.B. ANTENNA... i loved the 70's... let the NIC BASHING begin...

This blown '34 sounded as prime as it looks. Owner got award for best paint during Thursday's Downtown Show 'n Shine. I like the tach mounted in the upper left-hand corner of the cab, never seen that before. Fits that cab, somehow.

Check the pedals- a stump for a brake pedal, some kind o' spatula end for the gas pedal to pilot this thing.
