hi im building a nostalgia drag car going for a real 60's gasser style lace painting etc also it will be running a 6 cylinder hemi backed by a 4 speed box . any way its nice to be a part of the hamb now :D

Hi mate, as far as I can tell your probably one of the closest HAMBers to me here in Toowoomba. Man your car is f#ckin' cool. I remember when I was a kid going to Fraser Park Speedway in Canberra (during the bitumen period-probably late '70s) and seeing a Holden drag car similar to yours (It was dark red/maroon and sponsored by dial-a-date) do some demonstration burnouts, years before burnout comps.
