I am gonna be needing a steel building built soon.
Any of you guys do this for a living or have connections? I thought about buying the kit and building my own but I really don't know if I have time.
Thanks
Miracle Truss has some sale packages right now.

Tman, checked out their site. They look to be close in price with most companies.
Here's what I have been thinking about.

Hey Root, you may want to check out www.steelbuilding.com (http://www.steelbuilding.com) . That's who I got mine from, and then had a local gu put it up for me. Saved several thousand over the cost of someone doing the whole job. The website is pretty good, you can desing your building online and gete a price quote.

Miracle Truss needs extra supports added in Tulsa County. Of course, if you build a steel building in Tulsa County it is classified as a commercial structure and has to be approved as such.
That's why I am moving out of Tulsa County, well, one reason.
Anyway, I have a buddy who put up a miracle truss building and had to add a substantial amount of structure to get it to pass. I think it was something to make it Tornado rated.

Speaking of tornadoes,
I'm talking to MAMA RASH right now and she says some just blew by Tulsa and tore Brookside up a bit, no touch downs, just some roof/tree damage and flooding.
She has been sitting in the pantry with the pup, talking to her dad on the phone.
