The current project is a T retro racer vintage early 70's. I am going 6 cyl 292 truck since all by bretheren insist on a small block. First thing I found out is there a few 292's available, and even fewer speed parts. It wont be a problem though, since this is my concept of a real roundy round racer from that era, but will be street driven. We have built numerous dirt circle cars, late models etc for " all my friends " Now I've decided it's my turn. All I gotta do now is build it before I get too old to drive it. A friend turned me on to this Jalopy Journal today, now I'll be hard to run off.
