Yes, just hit edit then advance edit and you can change the title like I just did to this. Can only be done within the first 24 hours after making the post.

how about changing the info on a for sale ad that is over a week old? I would like to change the sale price in the first post but using the advance edit only lets me change the title and body of the message but not the location or price fields. Do I have to delete the ad then make a new one?

Just put "Price Changed" in the title.
