Well I read the intro and I am still here, so I will introduce myself. I am new to the internet and posting threads on web forums. I own numerious projects most of them are on hold right now due to a new house and the lose of my shop. Currently building a new shop, and have set up a work area in the third bay of my garage.
have limited room so I can not bring home any of my bigger projects. I seized the opportunity to get a cab, hood and bed and start cutting int he garage. I am going to chop the top, section the body and build a frame from scratch.
I have never chopped a top, built a frame but I have found that most of the poeple that do are pretty cool so I thought that I would give this a whirl. DOnt get me wrong I am not new to cars, been into cars my whole life, have worked on and owned numerious classic cars in my life, 71 camaro, 66 GTO, 67 Nova, 53 Truck, 67 caddy deville 2 door, I currently own a 55 chevy 2 dr post, 55 chevy sedan dleivery 55 chevy panel truck, 67 Lemans.
personal info 38, married two kids morgage and a 40 week job.
I have not read a lot of the threads, so I hope I did not break any rules, but they did say to introduce yourself first so I did.
