I am from a time when guys didnt need to type. I was always involved in old cars,HOT RODS,since 1951(age 11) when my older sisters boyfriends and their buddies would come to our house to work on their cars. I got my first ride in a really fast carat abbout 13.It was a 46 ford conv.,black,continental kit,loud pipes,top down. The engine was a 331 hemi with a graham supercharger. It was the first car i ever saw with seat belts. My ride was long ,fast,loud.windy ,scary,thrilling,better than sex feeling Ive looked for ever since. I dont think I will ever lose my enthusiasm. This hobby has taken me many places andmet lots of great people over the years,but this is a new part of my adventure. Also,I dont know how to start a new paragraph.

Sorry,no photo of that car,but the vision is still in my head. There is some early hemi stuff going on here. One pal has two.One is a 39 ford deluxe coupe with a 392,671 blower and all, under the stock hood.,He also has a 32 5 window hiboy with a 392 ,2 4s all under hood with side blisters. Another friend has a 34 roadster hi boy,took out a crisp 400 chev and put in an early hemi(not sure what size)but gets much better gas milage and lots of interest. You got a dragster or what?

No Dragster here but I do have a few NICE hemis that I have kept. I am fixing to use a blown 354 in my 35 pickup with a manual trans, just struggling to find the time at the moment....The photo in my avtar was taken at Bakersfield hotrod reunion this year, that place is hemi heaven!
