Ha Ha Ha...I hope YOUR school wasn't as homicidal as MINE was! We had a flat, thin mat below that rope...the mat would hurt if you TRIPPED and fell on it....imagine toppling from yon dizzy height!

actually, we never did that. got rid of it before i had the chance. my dad though, man, he went up the rope, across the steel beam and down the wall on the other side of the gym. dude could climb...

Ha Ha Ha...we were only EIGHT years old when that photo was taken (second grade!) I was hiding behind the school photographer to avoid being in the picture...but my pants pretty much matched Mr G's there!
