When I try a search I get this.
Warning: assert(): Assertion failed in /sphinxapi.php on line 284

None of my searches work either. I thought I was just asking it obscure stuff, but my test search for "chop" returned no results.
Someone's probably modifying the PHP script or the back end MySQL database.

No matter what I type in the search engine, it always turns up as "sorry - no matches".
sorry... still having issues... I'm working on it.

Until it's fixed, you can search by using Google. After your search term, type this
site:www.jalopyjournal.com (http://www.jalopyjournal.com)
Click on this link where I used "flathead" as the search term and you'll see how it works
