Ever seen a Tach like this one???

I just bought this on egay... I am sure I paid to much, but I was in love. Or at least lust. I have not ever seen one of these any information would be cool. Thanks.

I've seen them at swap meets.
The company name on it,"RADATRON", is the name of a New York Company that made a crappy early radar detector (The Radar Sentry) in the early 70's. It did not work very well at detecting Police Radar traps.
It's a cool looking tach though, have you opened it up to see if it adaptable to 4, 6 or 8 cyl engines, as it probably indicates that on the guts inside the housing.

I have not actually gotten it yet. I just thought it looked cool. I have seen several odd electronic gizmos made by Champion such as a digital tach, clock and head light buzzer. I am jazzed. Someone said it may be out of a vette, but it seemed unlikely to me. Thanks for the info.

I have the same gauge that i found in a old house i was working on.brand new. does not say champion at the top though.
