Did you see where he mentions that the flathead Ford engines front motor mounts allow the flathead block to distort by 1 16"? Ford was able to see the flaws in its products and to upgrade.

deffinately one of the better yblock sites ive found, but the scans/photo copies of spec sheets suck.
