There's one of those for sale near me. It's got a low quality cage, center seat, motor plate and the rear mounted straight to the chassis. American style five spokes, rotten slicks and front runners, '70s panel paint. It's fairly complete and could easily be presentable - though I'd update and repair the safety related parts. $1400 or so IIRC.
