I've had a Henrob for a while now and I think it's the best welding torch I've ever used. When you get one it will give you instructions on setting the regulators and you don't necessarily have to have the low pressure one's, although it helps.

I have one and I am still fine tuning my skills with it. You need to relearn or acquire new skills when you use a Henrob but they produce great results. I use my old Sears 2 stage regulators and they work great. Greatest savings is less pressure and less of your gasses used.
