I recently got my model A on the road. The first event was this years NSRA street rod nationals in Louisville. The reception of the car by most spectators was great. What shocked me was the amount of negative feedback from other so called rodders. I heard many times "look another rat rod ". What just because my car is in primer it is a rat rod. Come on look closer and see the 7" chop ,283 with a Fenton intake and three deuces,48 ford transmission brakes and rear end. This car was built with original parts the only exception is the dist. which looks like a magneto, but is electronic. Yes there is a diffference between a rat rod and a tradtional rod. What do you think?

Yeah, and the guy that built their rod probably drives one in primer also.
