Hi everyone! I am not one to stand up at the front of the class but Cobb said I need too so here goes.
I am Mike from California. The town I live in is inbetween Bakersfield and Los angeles. Top of the Grapevine off the 5 Frwy. Got our first snow of the year yesterday.
I am almost 52 years old. (DAMN) I think about cars all the time just like the rest of you here. My last projest was a 1934 Ford 5 window coupe. It was a project that was started with frame rails and a body that my wife and I where excited about. I got everything done except paint and she got cancer and died a short 6 monthes later. I needed to have it gone after that. A local guy bought it and put all his personal touches on it and it got a spread in StreetRod builder magazine.
I am ready again to build or rebuild another car and would like to do an old gasser style Fiat Topolino. Weight to horse power ratio looks like fun.:D
That is it for now everyone. Thanks for listening to me ramble.
Mike
