Whatever happened to the Rockne coupe the guys from Maryland drove to the Turkey Run in Daytona? I saw the car there and talked to the owner....a cool guy that was having more fun than anyone there! Any updates and/or pics of the car?

The car is owned by Pat McNeal, a friend of mine (and several other HAMBers, although he's too computer illiterate to get on here!) The car made it back up to Baltimore without a hitch. When he took it down to Florida I believe he was running 3 twos. He found an injection unit for the 348 and is having that rebuilt as we speak. Other than that, no updates on the car - he's just been driving it a lot!

Thanks for the update. The owner said I was the only guy who knew what it was. A very neat car with some great lines. The 348 was the perfect power plant too. Any chance of getting some pics?

The last pictures I have were from two nights before they left for Daytona. Here's one from the front - I dig that grille just because it's different. I'll snap some pictures and post them next week.
