Hello to everyone ..
I need help ,
I;m changing my 55 two door post to a straight axel set-up,
I've got a straight axel set-up out of a 55 chevy pick-up truck (complete) .
WILL it work?
Will it fit side to side?
How wide does it need to be hub to hub?
Will my stock 5 lug hubs and drums work on the 55 chevy pick-up truck axel?
Any other throughts on this subject!
Any help will be greatly received....Thanks to everyone up front ...

best way to find out is to measure....measure drum to drum or inside spindle to spindle...as far as the total leaf spring setup fitting is up to you....you will have to fabricate a few things....I would probably Z the front frame after measuring the height I want....lots of ways of doing it...but first get out that tape measure and take down those measurements...
