That's a 32 Chrysler. In 31, the cowl lights were more forward, and in 33, the cowl where it meets the hood sweeps down and forward, not just straight up and down. Somebody got a really good deal.

I wish there were better pics of the front suspension, its hard to tell how effed up it is, it almost looks "clipped"...
