GM 6 cyl decoding help pls.

so my buddy is donating a 6 from an old military truck he's scrapping...

he thinks its a chevy (definately GM) but we cant figger the block code to get the year and displacement...

the prefix is EBA

we've looked at the 6 cylinder books reference sites and we've found EA, EB, EDA and everything else, but no EBA..

any input...

Dont know much about sshhevs but it may be another date or revision I guess you did a google, I did but this is all i came up with http://www.ebas.com/ and that amounts to Fcuk All good luck
