Need help ID'ing this fog lamp lense

Maybe somebody out there knows what this goes to.
It is 5" across and has stamped on it Guide Fog lamp,
A-50. Any help would be apreciated.

I checked a Guide catalog I've got dated March, 1952, but there isn't any information related to any numbers like "A50". All the lenses are listed by either a 6- or 7-digit part number. I suspect the "A50" is a casting number and without a cross reference book, it'd be near impossible to I.D.

Looked on the VAP listing.....where did you find "A50" listed????????
