I have finally decided to join onto this addiction they call the hamb. My name is travis and i am 22 years old. I am member of so-what speed shop and am proud (most of the time) to call them my friends. I have been into cars, bikes, tractors, and anything that had a motor made alot of noise and went fast. I currently have a 65 buick wildcat that i aquired for free from a neighbor that has 75,000 original miles and was untouched in a garage for 25 years. After giving a tuneup and some fresh brakes i decided to put it on air ride and drive it. Its a great car and have been all over with it. My other car is a 68 chevelle ss with a 462 big block. I know this isnt the place for such a car but it was a graduation gift from my parents and after trashing the stock clutch, trans, and engine and then replacing all of it and building the engine myself i just cant get rid of it. Its nothing fancy just a fun car to bang gears and do massive burnouts. My newest project is a 27 ford touring cab that will be used to make my rpu. This is where the question comes in. I am planning on running posies quarter eliptic springs on the front and was wondering if anyone has already done so and what they thought of it. Also any pictures would be nice. Well i hope this is enough of an intro, ill try to post some picks of the cars, and i hope someone can help me out.
