3:00AM after I just got done lowering the 53, coil quits out on the off ramp to my house. I'm about 100 yards behind waving to keep people from hitting my car in the complete darkness. I wave a ten or twelve cars and then one came about about 70 mph, not slowing down one bit. I ran over two lanes to avoid being decapitated and just watched him nail my car. I was taking home 4 trannys, few intake manis, ac compressors, altenators, and a 4cyl short block. Shit was EVERYWHERE.

Thanks for all your replies guys. I've been pretty bent outta shape about it all day. I think that asshole had been drinking since he was saying dumbshit like most drunks do. I opened his door and asked him if he was okay. He replies with "what the fucks your car doing in the middle of the road?!" Fucking asshole. I'm seeing to lawyer tomorrow at 10 so, maybe I'll be getting my 53 Ford and 39 Ford a little sooner than planned hopefully...

Glad you survived, and I guess that he did too. Almost every accident out here is fatal. The California thing to do was to lay next to the car and do the fish flop.. that would be money in the bank..
Be grateful no one was in your car when it was hit, like little kids if you have any. A car can be replaced, hopefully something good will come from this.
My brother hit a blacked out Ford Probe on the freeway going about 70, That POS exploded on impact. Thank God he was in a 86 Chevy crew cab, He and his 6 month old son, and his friend got out without a scratch..
