Ideas on prices for a 28 RPU cab, bed and tailgate, good doors, no windshield. I have a line on one in the SE, subrails are there and the usual cowl rust, but is $800 a good price? Here's the pic he sent, the bed is in the left background. He also has a 26 and 27 T roadsters 1500 and 2500. one has fenders and a chassis.

I sold my solid body with rotten doors for around $1200. The bed and tailgate sold for an additional $800 or so. That sounds like a deal.

sounds like a lot to me, but I am used to south dakota prices....I got a model a coupe/turned roadster body (new floorboards and firewall), ok doors, nice deck lid, sitting on a gay rolling frame, fenders and running boards, two nailheads with trannies (one stuck), 4 brl manifold for the nailhead, hood and hood sides, and a 10 bolt rearend for $750.....but like I said that is the going south dakota rate...
sounds like a lot to me too,
example; (I know it's not an A) I sold this body for $450.00 no rust
and bought this one for $250.00 almost no rust.

That's a good deal in SoCal. I was about to buy a '29 A Sedan body for 1,200 in similar shape, but someone else showed up with the dough before I did. You're looking at a decent deal, and I'd give you 1,000 for it if you get it and change your mind later.
