Anyone interested in buying a motorcycle that collided with a bathtub?

A 40's Radio King set that had an unfortunate accident with an exploding boiler?

Lemme know.

Really....I WISH this were an April Fool's gag.

I'm sorry to hear of your misfortune.
This may sound a little insensitive but could you run that past me one more time?

Well, to make a long story mercifully short, my recently retired father has offered to help me out by replacing my bathroom.
Of course, his idea of "help" is by showing up unannounced and gutting the place.
I do realize he wanted it to be a "surprise" and that IS what he accomplished.
The bathtub fell through the floor, landing on my bike.
It was an old Amen Savior with a KZ 1000 motor on it that WAS very close to running again.
NOW its an Amen Savior with a KZ 1000 motor and a broken bathtub, plaster, dust, plywoiod and floor on it.
He calls in work to tell me what he had done pehaps not realizing exactly where the tub had landed.(I can hear him talking to himself on the phone, something he does all the time saying "Spark plugs? Chrome? what the?"
I hear a BANG!
"What was THAT?" I ask.
"Uh....oh! Oh shit. Your boiler is spraying water EVERYWHERE!" he yells.
I got that wierd panicy feeling you get when you hear a car crash, but can't see any of it.
"Shut off the water!!" I yell
I had to guide him to the shutoff valve....I can hear breathing real nervous like.
"How bad is it?" I ask
"Not too too bad" he says "Most of the stuff landed on the pile of crap you have under the stairs."
Now, that "pile of crap" as he puts it is my formerly mint 1940's Radio King drumset.
Fortunately enough their cases did the job.....but man...ya know? I don't really need these kinds of favors.
AGAIN I WISH this were some cruel April Fool's joke but...

Isn't life just great?
