So you think Milner was first with a piss yellow deuce coupe and bobbed rear fenders ?? Wrong !!
I brought this baby out from a barn yesterday. It is a unmolested original hot rod built in 1958. I paid the farmer $2000.00 and DROVE it home.
Incredible !!!
Immediate plans are:
Billet Kugel independent front suspension
Stainless Jag rear end with chrome axles
Chevy 350 Fast Burn crate motor with F.I.
20 inch dubs with spinners, 22's for the rear.
Ididit tilt wheel with billet flame steering wheel
Dakota Dolphin digital instruments
Bucket seats with gray tweed
Whaddayouthink ???

It's April first boys! http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif
That thing needs some 22" bling blings, and some RED paint!!
BTW, that's one of the better looking "milner style" 5W's i've seen... a bit too much rake, but the right wheels could really make it sweet..

Hey thats my car! It was ripped off back in 87!
The chop shop changed it a bit, when thay stole it it had titty pink paint a purple grafics, IFS and a huge fake blower. And it was roadster, but thats it! I'm calling the Cops!

Yeah , it's hard to belive that this car was built only 6 months ago , and the paint and running gear was meticulously patina'd to make it apear as if it was infact the real deal . The paint was gently hand rubbed through in areas , then a rust excelerator was applied . . . weeks were spent in numerous junkyards searching for the correct mismatched , aged , bald tires . . . even the glass was chosen specificly because it was delaminating in certain areas , all adding to the charm & feel of a barn fresh , newly found " real deal " hot rod .

I have had lots of once in a life time deals! Ask HIP, he'll tell you. So if it were me, its possible, but Rolf the future plans totally gave it away, I don't think so! LOL http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

VonDel shut the fuck up and do an intro. And actually they had water slide decal bullet holes in the late fifteies/early sixties.

Whoahahahahah !!
Happy Fools Day to you all !
Found this car last year on a motorcycle trip in Montana. The owner said it was indeed an old hot rod, and I am sure no bling-bling will ever get near it !
Kinda interesting that someone built a a piss yellow coupe with bobbed fenders before Lucas even wrote the AG script.
I guess it's a good look, though...wish I owned it!
