Hey guys,
been really busy lately, here are some designs that I have been working on for Vintage Drag Club. These designs are for shirts and stickers. If your interested in buying, tell Fred at Vintage Drag Club you are from the HAMB, and he'll throw in some stickers. He will also have a both at the California Hot Rod Reunion this weekend. Check it out www.vintagedragclub.com

Feller I know has a '55 MB 190 for sale...cant get rid of the thing..so
I suggested that he cut it up and turn it into a custom....chop the top and
reshape and extend the rear of the top...
lower the body, extend the quarters and peak them, add '55 Chevy
eye brows to the headlights....skirts of course....ok so its a MB...it
looks like a 50 Plymouth to me!! Did this one so he'd see what I was
talking about....car is still for sale??

I am not an artist (by ANY stretch of the imagination), but wanted to share some cool art I am fortunate to be able to display at my house. A year or so ago, I scored a bitchin' pinstriped panel from the HAMB's own rjb (Russell). I had it sitting out on my workbench waiting to get hung, and got to thinking that the same sort of metal panel would make killer inserts for the ratty glass in my old cabinets. Not only would they be durable, but they would make an awesome backdrop for the shoebox, on the wall that is in plain sight, coming and going from the house. Russell was able to get panels cut to spec (almost 5' tall) , and then commenced to laying some wicked lines in his own inimitable style. Russell is super talented, and did an incredible job... he also went the extra mile to figure out how to get them shipped to me unscathed. Apologies for the shitty picture... also, because the shoebox is up on jackstands, it hides a bunch of the lower portion of the panels. I think Russell posted closeups of the panels in an earlier artshow, but I wanted to show them installed. Thanks Russell!!!

WOW Jigger... this is REALLY, REALLY cool. Very FUN! I love it!:D
Thanks. This comp will likely be the first in a series of Acrylic paintings , Guash and or 3-D art with themes lifted form Hot Rod songs.
Southern Cali old timers, does anybody know how many lanes the grapevine pass was back in the day? Was it already the I-5 by the time Hot Rod Lincoln was released?

Awesome work guys.......I am not sure if I can put a request in here , but I am looking to see if any of you fine fellas have a shot of a 34 truck, well drawing I mean, from worms eye view? I know there was some magazines that had alot or some CAD drawings of 32 and 34 fords that way.....It's going to be a tattoo, so a drawing would help out greatly....
See Rodder's Journal the one with Shine's truck on the cover, for kinda what I am looking for....
Anything would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks guys...
Here's a worm's-eye-view of what could be a '34 ford p-up.

And, while I'm at it, here's another sketch I just came across while shuffling though some stuff.
