After lurking around for a while I decided to join up.:D I am not much with a keyboard, better in the shop.
A little about me, I v'e been working with metal for 30 years. I grew up around drag cars, and have built everything from go carts to monster trucks. I own a bunch of cars now, some early mustangs, a rock buggy, old broncos. My current favorite is a 1939 chev truck cab sitting on a tube frame with a custom bed, and grill. I put two fours on top of a 292 Y-block, and run open weed burners. I chopped the top and stuck a ford 9 inch in the rear. I put skinnys up front and as wide a tire as I could find in the back.
I do a little metal art, and my 39 is a combination of all the hot rods I have ever liked, all thrown together. Much like a sculpture. Maybe a little rough, but alot of fun.
I just picked up a 30 Buick sedan (pile) and am trying to figure what direction I want to go with it. Another reason to hang out here.
Anyway, I am glad to be here. Jeff
