School me! converting to manual valve body?

ive got a turbo 400, stock as far as i can tell... id like to turn it into a manual valve body. can someone please tell me how this is done.... so'z i dont break something? http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif

Best way is to install a TransGo SK-3 shift kit. All needed parts & info is in the kit. Its a real no brainer too. Shouldnt take more than a couple hrs to do it yourself. The kit runs around $75.00. DAVE
