hey everyone,

been lurking around here for months and finally joined. my gal and i are hoping to get into our first rod project this spring when we move into a new place with a nice big garage! i was pretty much brought up in the back seat of a 56 chevy that belonged to my best friend's father. he used to take us out bombing all the time until it came time to restore it. from then on that chevy was like folklore to us, new parts would slowly trickle in by mail, we'd take drives over to the garage to check out the progress, my buddy and i would spend hours reading his old man's hot rod mags and playboys. the guy's nextdoor to him were all into building crazy trikes. everyone on the street hated them, but i always thought they were cool shit, and i still want a trike!

fast forward fifteen years..... my gal has been getting into striping. she's taking a sign, striping and air brushing class right now. my father and have spent many hours in the garage together keeping our various vehicles alive (including a fleet of motorcycles, mostly beamers and vintage kaws). between my girl and i, i know we can do some great work, and i'm looking forward to getting into this with her. so hopefully by next summer we'll have something to show you guys!

hopefully that is a sufficient introduction, hey, you asked for it! you have a great board here, i'm amazed at the knowledge that gets thrown around.
