Man, you need some Frye boots, a Fu Manchu mustache and a size-too-small Keep On Truckin' t-shirt just to get near those choppers, dude. Right on.

Pretty good guess Big A;I don't know about the 34,but the bikes were painted 30 years ago and the 35 nearly that. The only thing repainted on the stretched bike was the speaker(the white thing at the top of the fender curl)for the 8-TRACK tape player in the top of the tank. The drag bike was painted in 68 and has a lot of crazing in the clear(nitrocellulose)lacquer but still looks presentable. The 35 belongs to Al Chepoulis and has a BBC(427)in it that must have a million miles on it.He drives that sucker hard and everywhere.Just some info.

Yes they are both sitting in his cellar(where the pics were taken)along with another bike he built called,"the Ghost" which was on the cover(and centerfold)of Choppers in 1971.
He's building more stuff than you would believe;a Winfield glass Merc among them.I think I'll call him and see what's going on;I haven't harassed him in a long time. http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

BARNETT

The 33 (or 34?) is Matt's, from the Road Agents...he's got a BUNCH of cool rides. I keep tryin to get him on the HAMB, but I guess he's got too much goin on. Those bike shots are cool. The paint from that era was a little over the top (a little?), but you just haveta admire the talent...the masking off, alone, would drive a guy (or gal) crazy! See...that's what happens when you don't spray with a mask...you go from nice clean 50's paint jobs to the stuff in the mid 60's-late 70's. http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Don't need to sound negitive but didn't you post those bike pics awhile back? I love that short with the slick pre unit, I even like the tank(tho the rear fender is a bit much). I was going to do some thing similar with my TR6C, I even have an old girder off of a Royal Enfeild from the early 40's.

The Mindblower (the really stretched out triumph) is where it's at. Period. I silkscreened this poster of it. Kustomizer, if I have any more of them I would like to send one to the owner of that amazing triumph. I wish that was a photo of my living room.
