Hey y'all from AlleyBama, never really did have a streetrod, stock 30 Mod A pickup project, 37 Chevy driver, 55 Chevy driver, a 62 Impala was my first car, had a 68 Super Bee in high school, my bro-in-law predicted I'd wreck it, my protest proved false, don't ya hate "I told ya so's"? So many cars, so little time, I usually fix em up and sell them, good thing I'm not wealthy or would have a field full of projects, too many trucks right now.
Fav rod is 49-51 Merc chopped top, one of these days, in fact, I know where theres a 50 Lincoln coupe that would fit the bill, the headlights already look customized. Somewhere I have a Street Rodder mag that featured putting a Merc coupe on a 73-4 Pontic 4 door chassis, I'm all about the budget way to rod it.
I'm hoping to go to Moultrie, GA swap meet for first time this fall, I'm just finishing a 66 Fastback and also plan to do a few shows.
