OK, I admit it –– I didn't follow the rules. I realized that I was supposed to introduce myself, only after I had posted more than a few times, and the guilt has been killing me. Sorry about that.

I figure I'm better off admitting my faux pas and accepting the imminent flogging than to wait for one of you guys to discover it.

So here goes...

I'm David Russell. I've been a lurker for a long while and finally joined up this year. I've found the information, especially the tech stuff, extremely helpful. My current project is a chopped 31 Vicky hiboy on deuce rails with a 32 sedan front roof section and windshield.

Thanks to Rolf for the excellent pictures and thorough documentation of his build –– I've used a lot of what he did as a guide for building my car. I've even put my body on his frame via PhotoShop just to get an idea of what my car will look like. (profile pic)

I must have missed the beating, probably a good thing, I don't like blood :D

i should introduce myself also i did on a question i had .but lets make it legit. hello im anthony (tony) i have heard about this site for a long time now .and finally joined. simply love it here. my current projects are 1967 chevrolet c 10 292 3 speed air ride satin black. 1972 chevrolet c 10 deluxe zz3 crate engine supercharged th400 5/7 drop torch red . done. current project for the wife 1949 chevrolet original car plans are . update suspension smooth this make that sbc 406 th400 or powerglide? sleeper look old school stlye.

I'll definitely post some stuff -- I've been taking a ton of pics. I'll probably post something on my wood installation and another on my chop. I just need to get it all organized.
