32-34 Ford truck (2 questions)

Is a 32 ford truck grill shell the same size and shape of a 33-34 shell?

If it is will it fit on a 34 truck with the original 34 hood
without any modifications?,,,HRP

33 34 truck grilles lean back the 32 is more vertical. Hope this helps...Danny

Not only does the '33/'34 grill lay back but it is wider front to back. The grille bar section is stamped into the shell like the '32 truck which does not have a removable grille bar section.

If you have a 32 shell it will bolt right on, then get new hood tops from Rootlieb, and your all set.--TV

All 3 years of commercial grills are different from the same year pass. grills. All 3 years are different from each other. The 33-34 grills interchange but they are different around the filler neck. I've never tried but I'd be surprised if a 32 could be used on a 33/34 radiator. P.S. The comm. and pass. radiators are the same for their respective years.
