Hi HAMB !
I saw the Bozio Buick restored in Sweden in the early eighties . My mind has bin filled with customcars ever since .
First american car was a -51 Ford and second was a -49 Merc , third was a -51 Merc all sold in agony but then Gene Winfield helped me find a -51 Merc in Redondo Beach spring of 1990 and I built and kept it hopfully till my last days (if not a
-36 3W pops up out of nowere) . The -50 Buick Roadmaster sedanette and the -40 Merc has always bin high on my wishlist and currently building a shop so I can start tinker with the goodies ! The last 10 years I bin helping friends with their cars like JB:s -40 Merc and Jannes -49 Merc with alot of fun custom sheetmetal work .................

Wolf, Welcome from SoCal. Man your Merc was a staple in Socal in the early 90's. That and being in the Lonely Kings. I look forward to pics, still waiting for the build-up pics of Kent Vikmo's (J.B.) 40 merc :rolleyes: . Pleae, post some pics on the main board when you get a chance. I love 40's and early 50's style customs.
