Had to take a pic of this thing. Some will not like it, but I do. It's the drag racer in me. Pat Austins AA/Coupe. I have the same wheels waiting for a project like this...It sits in a muffler shop in Everett....enjoy

Yeah, a SOHC motor would be cool too, but it still reaks of pure hot-rod perfomance. Glad Ya'll are diggin on it. Now I just want to see it RUN!

I saw the old Mooneyham and Sharp coupe run in the '60's and this car brings those memories flooding back. A very cool car.

Gerry Steiner restored the 554 back in the 80's. I think it's in Gar's Museum?

There's a 334 (clone) and this one that I know of.

yes, steiner did resto the 554 coupe. got to see it run at a nostalgia race here in phx when he was taking it to garlits museum.

Red Meat is correct, on Rucker. I almost get in a fender bender ever time I pass it. I can't take my eyes off of it every time I drive by. Just took the pics on tues. and as I was walking in to ask if I could take the pics, a channeled, shortend, lowered, caged 48-50 F-1 was at the stop light. Just as I was racing to get the camera out, his light tunded green and he was out of there before I could get a pic of it.
