ive been lurking here for a while, and i think its time i introduce myself.
people call me j, was born, raised, and still live in santa cruz county. ive been into vw's my whole life, my parents went on their first date in my dads super beetle, my mom used to drive me around in her old jetta gli to get me to go to sleep, and ive owned numerous vw's throughout the years... all watercooled http://www.volksrods.com/forum/images/smilies/chillin.gif
a year or 2 ago a buddy of mine found this forum and promptly introduced me to it, ive been in love ever sense.
now, about that car pictured above, thats my lovely 1954 chevy two-ten powerglide. she was my daily driver in high school and we have been re-united once again after a long and hard 5 year seperation.
thats all for now. maybe ill share some of my volkswagen watercooled projects later on.
