Questions for posting pics

I know the FAQ section says that to post a pic the image must be on a website already. but what site can I use to put my pics on so that I can post them here?

You can post them here.
Select "I want to preview my post and/or attach a file" below the Smilie faces,
then follow the prompts to download a pic from your hard drive.Must be under 70K,and must be a JPG.

I have tried to post them and it hasn't worked. My computer sys the pics are under 70k but when I try to post them it says their over 70k
