Finally... It runs and drives with only VERY minor things to get done!
Big Big! Thanks to Shifts for all the tranny help. I've said it before and I'll say it again, if you need ANY tranny parts/help ask Shifts!
BenD for bringing the tranny all the way from Wis. to OKC!
Fltblk for helping me get the damn thing in the car for the 5th time!
I couldn't be more pleased with the results!
Thanks all!!!! http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Probably the biggest thanks goes to my wife! For putting so much work into the car, (she can wrench with the best of them!) as well as putting up with me putting so much time and money (which we don't have) in this car! http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif

Tyler helped me out last sept. with some tranny work. I think he's trying to get some sort of a shade tree transmission certification. http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Yeah burn out was fun until my throttle stuck part way open! But it was a quick fix and I think I have taken care of that problem.
Dave,
Thanks again! You can teach monkeys to rebuild these things, but to notice when something is too worn that takes at least Cro-Magnon man to figure out. http://www.jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif
Hot Damn, Glad to hear she's runnin'. See ya in Austin!
