Has anyone come up with an alternative to starblvd? It's really getting old trying to see member's photos on that site. I just tried to look at Fuel Pump's photos and saw a couple, but I don't have until sundown to look at photos. Starblvd is terrible these days. Last I knew Denise, the photo posting guru, was looking into the problem.

i use a sight that hosts pictures but not albums like most of you want.it costs me a very small fee. over the years i have lost many pictures to the free sites.some body finds a site that will host for free, and they tell two friends and they tell two friends, and so on and so on....... until the site cant handle the traffic and they close the free service, or close completely.

as many problems as you guys have been having with them if you have pictures hosted that you dont want to lose you might want to save them to disk now

just my .02

I use Fotki. Great site but you have to pay if you wanna link your pics to other sites. Still it's pretty reasonable and worth it to me.

Check out . . .

http://www.picturetrail.com/

Purplepickup from the RRT touted me onto it last week when I'd thrown in the towel on Starblvd.

Picturetrail kicks ass and is just as quick as anything on a DSL connection. They let you try it for free, not even asking for credit-card info, but for just under twenty bucks a year for their full package I saw no need to hold off paying for this excellent image server. Not only is the service quick, it's also sophisticated in that you need not alter image properties to transport them to another site. Just copy and paste without mucking about without deleting portions of the properties.

Took me 17 seconds to find, fetch, and load this image here . . .
